Open the app, go to the Calendar tab, pick a service, barber, date and slot, then confirm with Apple Pay or card. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately.

Every visit earns you one stamp. Six stamps = one free cut.

Stamps are added automatically when you complete a booking, or when you scan our NFC tag in-shop at reception. If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment, the stamp is voided.

Yes — from the Bookings tab. Cancel 6 or more hours before your appointment and we'll release the card hold with no fee. Cancel within 6 hours and a 30% late-cancellation fee applies.

Bookings are confirmed by authorising a deposit against your card. The amount is held, not charged, until the appointment is completed.

Cancelled bookings (with 6+ hours notice) release the hold within 5–7 business days, depending on your card provider.

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email necktapers@gmail.com with the booking date and barber name and we'll resend it.

In the app: Profile tab → tap your name → "Delete my account". You'll be asked to type Neck Tapers to confirm — this prevents accidental deletion. Once confirmed, your account, bookings history, and loyalty stamps are permanently deleted.

This action cannot be undone.
